Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in original packaging and in unused, resellable condition.

Returns must be shipped via a trackable and preferably insured method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Please note: We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments.

Conditions for Returns

âś… Include your name, order number, and return tracking number when sending the item back

We Cover Return Shipping If:

  • The item was damaged or defective

  • You received an incorrect item or it didn’t match the description

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours of arrival at our facility), we’ll send a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

Need a different item or size? No problem.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us at Contact@veranura.com with photos of the issue.
In most cases, we’ll send a replacement immediately, and you won’t need to return the damaged product.

Wrong or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or one that does not match the description, please email us your order number and photos of the item.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship the correct item once tracking is confirmed.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? We understand.
As long as the item is unused and returned within 30 days, you can follow the standard return process above.

Order Cancellations

We process and ship orders quickly—often within a few hours.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. While we can’t guarantee cancellation before shipping, you may still return the item after delivery if needed.
