When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day after purchase. Standard delivery times then apply, depending on your chosen shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your shipment’s progress.
Please note: International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance in your country.

Where is my package?
You can check your order status at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, visit the Track Packages page in our support section and enter your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
Do you accept prepaid gift cards?
Unfortunately, prepaid gift cards are not accepted at this time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. If it’s already on its way, the package may need to be returned before we resend it.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns:
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@veranura.com. Return items must be in unused condition and securely packed in the original packaging. If your item arrived damaged, notify us right away.
Exchanges:

What if my package was marked “Returned to Sender”?
If your order was undeliverable and returned to us, we’ll gladly reship it to you at no extra cost.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your item was damaged or defective due to our error, we will send a replacement free of charge. No need to return the damaged product. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund or an alternative product.
What if I received the wrong product or a defective item?
